The picture quality is crap, and the video often fails to keep up with the audio. And unless you have a really kickass download speed you're going to get a movie that skips a lot of frames. I don't have the slowest internet out there, it's actually pretty good for what I pay, but I can't download anything or surf much while the netflix viewer is running a movie or it quickly starts fucking up. But the good thing is I get a lot more movies for my money this way. If it's something I really want to enjoy I'll wait for the DVD in the mail, but for everything else I suppose Instant Viewing is good enough considering how convenient it is, and it's included in the 17 bucks a month so it's a nice bonus feature.
